Attached is the 2010 NMDRC entry form. This should be the entry
form used for all remaining events for the 2010 season. The form
has changed in that it has a release on the front (to eliminate
the need for the "onion skin" release at the event,
you still
need to show their AMA card or receipt at the event) and an
updated adult release on the back. Both need to be signed. We
are trying to make the process as fast as possible for
pre-entrants at the track. One thing that is new and we need to
get the word out on is
the minor releases must be signed
AT THE EVENT
by a parent or legal guardian unless you posses an AMA
Competetor card.
In the event the parent or
legal guardian are not present, there must be a NOTARIZED letter
of authorization presented at sign up that specifically
identifies minor's name, the event and date(s) of participation.
NO PARENT/GUARDIAN, NO NOTARIZED LETTER, NO RACE.... NO
EXCEPTIONS.

Minor Release Form all minors under 18yrs must have this
signed and completed and sent in with entry form. If the minor
has the Competition AMA card please note this on their entry
form. It will shorten their time in line if they have this
completed ahead of time.
