Not long after the death of our friend Charles, Friends of his gathered at a place of pride for Charles. This place is on the side of a steep hill west of Southern that Charles had conquered. Charles took great pride in the fact that he was the first one to climb it with his motorcycle as his uncle described at the funeral service. A memorial stone was inscribed and donated by Rocky Mountain Stone Company. This memorial was then hand carried up the side of the hill by his friends and placed for all of us to honor the free spirit of our friend Charles Alan Gregory.
